Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Be Bold with AI website, program, community, and related services (the “Services”), operated by Be Bold with AI. By enrolling, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Enrollment and access

When you enroll in Be Bold with AI, you receive lifetime access to the seven BOLD modules and 30 days of access to BOLD Scripts and BOLD Circle. Continued access to BOLD Scripts and BOLD Circle after 30 days requires an active $47/month membership.

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share, sell, or transfer your login credentials, or redistribute course materials.

3. Payment terms

One-time enrollment: $197, charged once at enrollment.

No subscription. Your enrollment is a one-time purchase. There are no monthly charges, no renewals, and no recurring fees.

4. Referral rebates

Members receive $50 back for each of the first two friends who enroll through their personal referral link, up to $100 total. Rebates are paid within 14 days of the referred purchase clearing. Rebates are paid to the original payment method or via method of our choosing. Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals do not qualify.

5. Community rules

BOLD Circle is a supportive space for members learning AI together. To keep it that way, we require members to be respectful, on-topic, and free of self-promotion or solicitation. Violations may result in removal from the community.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, tools, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Be Bold with AI. You may use them for your personal and business use; you may not redistribute, resell, or publish them.

7. Limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes, income, or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Be Bold with AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
